SCOTDIC is a colour codification system on fabric, used by more than 8000 companies worldwide. The system is achieved on three different fabric ; polyester with 2468 standard colours, cotton with 2300 and wool with 1115. All of them have six-digit SCOTDIC CODES which define every colors ' hue ,value and chroma. The system , therefore, is functioning as a universal colour language via E-mail or Fax, namely the " SCOTDIC Colour Communication ". Standard colors are continuously reproduced and basic color charts and individual replacement colour swatches are supplied to customers through our SCOTDIC Service Centres in the major cities of the world .
